WhatsApp releases its new beta version 23.12.0.74 for iOS users. WhatsApp’s version is releasing a screen-sharing feature for video calls, which will be available only for some beta testers. This future may be available for all users in the upcoming weeks.
This feature is available only for some beta testers, allowing users to share their device screen while engaging in a video call, facilitating seamless collaboration, demonstration, and troubleshooting of various tasks or problems remotely.
Once you experience this feature on your WhatsApp account, a new icon appears at the bottom of the screen during a video call. With this icon in the chat, you can share your screen content with all the participants in the call. This feature makes everything visible on your screen, including the notification messages and gallery shared with other remote users connected to the video call.
What’s new in this version
This latest beta version is about sharing the screen’s content during a call, which will only be available for some beta testes. Once you have complete control over this feature, you can share your content with your contacts during video calls. This beta program is currently full for iOS users, but check out the test flight program to experience different beta versions of WhatsApp for ios.
