WhatsApp is one of the most used messaging applications all over the world. People use WhatsApp on Android, iOS, or Windows. Today we discuss a new feature available only for beta window testers. A few days ago CEO of Meta, Mark Zuckerberg, announced that WhatsApp is releasing edited messages feature for window devices. With this feature, users can easily edit their sent messages. This feature is currently not available for all window users. It will be available soon for all Windows users once the beta testing is complete.
The message feature appears within the message menu, allowing users to edit text messages. The user edits a message within 15 minutes of sending it. So if you want to find out this feature in your account, you can need to test this feature with recently sent messages but keep in mind that this feature is only available for some beta testers, so if you do not experience this feature within messages then wait a couple of days once the beta version is fully rolled out.
What’s new in this versionĀ
The meta CEO announced this feature last month. Now this feature is rolled out for Windows. This feature is helpful for those who type incorrect messages because of quick typing or autosuggestions. This feature helps users to edit their sent messages. With the help of this feature, users can quickly rectify their message’s errors without additional clarification. It’s also worth WhatsApp is planning to improve the message editing feature further to provide the best User experience for all users. This feature is currently available for some beta testers that install the latest Whatsapp beta version for Windows updates. The feature is expected to roll out to more people in the upcoming days.
