WhatsApp released this new update for Android and IOS devices, where you can edit your send WhatsApp message within 15 minutes. Now you can edit your messages if you make a mistake or change your mind after sending a message. You can utilize this feature.
If you want to add some extra content to the message, you can utilize these features to get more control over your chats. You can press the hold on the sent message, choose the edit option from the menu and add your message for up to 15 minutes.
When you add the message, the message will display with the label edited. So most people do not show their privacy with others, including personal messages, media, and calls. Then there is an option to add privacy and protect the chats by end-to-end encryption.
WhatsApp announces that this feature has started rolling out and will be available worldwide to everyone in the upcoming weeks.
How to edit the message
When you send a message and you want to edit the message, then you can click on the sand message, go to the menu and select the edit option if you edit the message on an Android device, but for iOS, you can double tap on send message the popup will appear, click on the edit button to edit your message and then click on save to make changes. You can edit the sending messages on Android and iOS devices up to 15 minutes after the message; otherwise, the option will disappear.
